daadwerkelijk bezit en handelen via <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/cfd-brokers\/\">contracts for difference<\/a> (CFD&#8217;s). Bij de eerste optie koopt en verkoopt u aandelen van beursgenoteerde bedrijven. Toezichthouders controleren of handelsplatformen eerlijk en transparant opereren. Hieronder staan voorbeelden van toezichthouders die relevant kunnen zijn voor het aanbieden van aandelen- en indexhandel:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list list-2\">\n<li>Financial Conduct Authority (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fca.org.uk\/\" rel=\"nofollow \">FCA<\/a>) (Verenigd Koninkrijk).<\/li>\n<li>Australian Securities and Investments Commission (<a href=\"https:\/\/asic.gov.au\/\" rel=\"nofollow \">ASIC<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cysec.gov.cy\/en-gb\/home\/\" rel=\"nofollow \">CySEC<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vfsc.vu\/\" rel=\"nofollow \">VFSC<\/a>).<\/li>\n<li>Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bafin.de\/EN\" rel=\"nofollow \">BaFin<\/a>) (Duitsland).<\/li>\n<li>Commodity Futures Trading Commission (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cftc.gov\/\" rel=\"nofollow \">CFTC<\/a>) (VS).<\/li>\n<li>Financial Services Agency (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsa.go.jp\/en\/\" rel=\"nofollow \">FSA<\/a>) (Japan).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Een vergunning verkleint bepaalde risico&#8217;s, maar neemt deze niet volledig weg. De FCA houdt bijvoorbeeld toezicht op Britse entiteiten, terwijl de Amerikaanse aandelenmarkt onder meer door de SEC wordt gereguleerd. Voor Nederlandse klanten is doorslaggevend bij welke juridische entiteit zij een rekening openen. Binnen de EU houden nationale toezichthouders toezicht binnen het kader van Europese regelgeving en werkt ESMA aan consistente toepassing daarvan.<\/p>\n<p>Vergunde brokers moeten voldoen aan eisen op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering en de bescherming van cli\u00ebntactiva. De precieze bescherming en technische beveiliging kunnen per entiteit verschillen. Voor particuliere klanten in de EU gelden bij CFD-handel onder meer bescherming tegen een negatief saldo, margin close-outregels en maximale hefboomlimieten.<\/p>\n<p>Vertrouw niet uitsluitend op de vermelding dat een broker gereguleerd is. Controleer de offici\u00eble naam en het licentie- of registratienummer in het register van de betreffende toezichthouder en let erop dat de geregistreerde entiteit overeenkomt met de entiteit waarmee u de overeenkomst sluit.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"markets\">Marktbereik<\/h2>\n<p>Bekijk het product- en beursaanbod van een broker voordat u in aandelen of andere instrumenten gaat handelen. Een breed aanbod is niet automatisch beter, maar kan wel bepalen of de broker aansluit op uw strategie. Voor Nederlandse beleggers kan toegang tot Euronext Amsterdam, waaronder AEX-aandelen, relevant zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Aandelen zijn onder meer in te delen in gevestigde bedrijven, groeiaandelen en dividendaandelen. Beleggers kunnen daarnaast kiezen uit sectoren zoals technologie, gezondheidszorg en financi\u00eble dienstverlening. Populaire aandelen zoals Apple Inc., Alphabet Inc. en NVIDIA Corp kunnen rechtstreeks of via CFD&#8217;s worden verhandeld. Internationale CFD-brokers bieden vaak toegang tot aandelen van beurzen in onder meer de Verenigde Staten, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Duitsland.<\/p>\n<p>Hoewel aandelen bij veel CFD-brokers een belangrijk product zijn, zijn ze zelden het enige beschikbare instrument. Index-CFD&#8217;s volgen bijvoorbeeld de prestaties van marktindices zoals de S&amp;P 500. Grondstoffen-CFD&#8217;s maken het mogelijk te speculeren op de prijzen van goud, olie en agrarische producten. Forex-CFD&#8217;s geven blootstelling aan de valutamarkt, met major, minor en exotische valutaparen zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/eur-usd-forex-brokers\/\">EUR\/USD<\/a>, USD\/CHF, GBP\/JPY en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/aud-usd-forex-brokers\/\">AUD\/USD<\/a>. Sommige brokers bieden daarnaast CFD&#8217;s op cryptoactiva aan. Bij directe cryptohandel geldt het <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afm.nl\/nl-nl\/sector\/cryptopartijen\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">MiCA-toezicht van de AFM<\/a>; crypto-CFD&#8217;s zijn derivaten en vallen onder de regels voor financi\u00eble instrumenten en CFD-productinterventie.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"spread-costs\">Spreads en andere kosten<\/h2>\n<p>Bij het handelen in aandelen moet u rekening houden met de kosten van het kopen, aanhouden en verkopen van posities. Een belangrijke kostenpost bij CFD-handel is de spread: het verschil tussen de bied- en laatprijs. De omvang hiervan kan vari\u00ebren per broker, aandeel en marktomstandigheid.<\/p>\n<p>Naast spreads brengen veel brokers commissie in rekening op aandelentransacties. Deze kosten kunnen vooral bij veelvuldig handelen oplopen. Sommige rekeningtypen verwerken de handelskosten grotendeels in een hogere spread, terwijl andere een lagere spread combineren met een afzonderlijke commissie. Vergelijk daarom altijd de totale kosten per transactie.<\/p>\n<p>Zoals eerder vermeld hebben veel CFD&#8217;s geen vaste vervaldatum. Dat maakt het technisch mogelijk een positie langer aan te houden, maar door dagelijkse financierings- of rolloverkosten kan dit relatief duur worden.<\/p>\n<p>Een andere mogelijke kostenpost is de inactiviteitsvergoeding, die sommige brokers in rekening brengen wanneer een rekening gedurende een bepaalde periode niet wordt gebruikt. Ook kunnen opnamekosten gelden, als vast bedrag of als percentage van het opnamebedrag. Controleer daarnaast of de broker kosten berekent voor stortingen, valutawissels, beursdata of rekeningbeheer. Bij copy trading kunnen kosten of vergoedingen gelden voor het volgen van een strategie of signaalaanbieder.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"banking\">Stortingen en opnames<\/h2>\n<p>Aandelenbrokers kunnen verschillende stortings- en opnamemethoden ondersteunen. Een ruime keuze is praktisch, maar controleer ook de verwerkingstijd, eventuele kosten, valutaondersteuning en voorwaarden voor opnames.<\/p>\n<p>Een veelgebruikte methode is de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/bank-transfer-forex-brokers\/\">traditionele bankoverschrijving<\/a>. Hiermee kunt u geld rechtstreeks vanaf een bankrekening overmaken. De verwerking kan langer duren dan bij sommige directe betaalmethoden, met name bij internationale overschrijvingen.<\/p>\n<p>Sommige brokers ondersteunen daarnaast digitale betaaldiensten zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/paypal-forex-brokers\/\">PayPal<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/neteller-forex-brokers\/\">Neteller<\/a> of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/skrill-forex-brokers\/\">Skrill<\/a>. Ook mobiele betaalmethoden zoals Apple Pay kunnen beschikbaar zijn. Cryptocurrencies zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/bitcoin-forex-brokers\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> en Ethereum en lokale betaaloplossingen zoals iDEAL worden slechts door bepaalde brokers geaccepteerd. Controleer vooraf of opnames via dezelfde methode moeten worden verwerkt als stortingen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"leverage-limits\">Leverage-limieten<\/h2>\n<p> Leverage stelt beleggers in staat een positie te openen die groter is dan de ingelegde margin. Het kapitaal dat als onderpand voor de positie dient, wordt de margin genoemd.<\/p>\n<p>Een hefboom kan de uitkomst van een transactie sterk vergroten, maar brengt aanzienlijke risico&#8217;s met zich mee. Zelfs kleine koersbewegingen kunnen hierdoor tot grote verliezen leiden. Zorg daarom dat u begrijpt hoe marginvereisten, margin close-out en liquidatie van posities werken.<\/p>\n<p>Welke hefboom beschikbaar is, hangt af van het instrument, uw klantclassificatie en de regels die op de contracterende brokerentiteit van toepassing zijn. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/cysec\/\">Brokers met een licentie van Europese toezichthouders<\/a> mogen particuliere klanten voor CFD&#8217;s op individuele aandelen doorgaans maximaal 1:5 aanbieden op grond van de geldende productinterventiemaatregelen. De Australian Securities and Investments Commission hanteert voor particuliere klanten eveneens een limiet van 1:5 voor aandelen-CFD&#8217;s. Sommige buiten-EU-aanbieders adverteren met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/leverage-1-100-forex-brokers\/\">leverage tot 1:100<\/a>, maar controleer altijd of de betreffende entiteit Nederlandse particuliere klanten wettelijk mag bedienen en welke beleggersbescherming van toepassing is.<\/p>\n<p>Ook bij een toegestane hefboom is voorzichtigheid noodzakelijk. Stop-loss- en limietorders kunnen helpen risico&#8217;s te beheersen, maar bieden bij snelle marktbewegingen geen garantie dat een positie exact op het gekozen niveau wordt uitgevoerd. Bescherming tegen een negatief saldo beperkt bij CFD-rekeningen voor particuliere klanten het verlies in beginsel tot het beschikbare bedrag op die rekening.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"platforms\">Handelsplatformen<\/h2>\n<p>Handelsplatformen bieden functies en hulpmiddelen voor het plaatsen van orders, analyseren van markten en beheren van posities. Let bij uw vergelijking onder meer op gebruiksgemak, ordertypen, marktdata, stabiliteit, mobiele toegang en de instrumenten die via het platform beschikbaar zijn.<\/p>\n<p>Bekende opties zijn ProRealTime, de MetaTrader-suite (MT4 en MT5) en cTrader. Elk platform heeft eigen kenmerken:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/metatrader-4-forex-brokers\/\">MetaTrader 4<\/a> en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/metatrader-5-forex-brokers\/\">MetaTrader 5<\/a>: deze door MetaQuotes ontwikkelde platformen bieden grafieken, technische indicatoren en mogelijkheden voor geautomatiseerde handel. MT4 wordt veel gebruikt voor Forex- en CFD-handel, terwijl MT5 ondersteuning biedt voor een breder aanbod aan instrumenten en orderfuncties.<\/li>\n<li>ProRealTime: dit platform biedt uitgebreide grafiekmogelijkheden, marktdata en aanpasbare indicatoren en wordt onder meer gebruikt door handelaren die technische analyse toepassen.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/ctrader-forex-brokers\/\">cTrader<\/a>: cTrader werd in 2011 gelanceerd en biedt orderuitvoering, grafieken en technische analysetools. De geschiktheid van het platform hangt af van uw strategie en de uitvoering door de broker. De genoemde platformen zijn ook beschikbaar op mobiele apparaten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"novice-traders\">Is de broker geschikt voor beginnende handelaren?<\/h2>\n<p>Wie weinig ervaring heeft met aandelentrading, kan letten op duidelijke informatie, educatief materiaal en een overzichtelijk platform. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/demo-account\/\">Demo-accounts<\/a> bieden een omgeving waarin u zonder financieel risico kunt oefenen met aandelen of derivaten, strategie\u00ebn kunt testen en het platform kunt leren kennen. Houd er rekening mee dat handelen met virtueel geld niet volledig overeenkomt met handelen onder echte marktomstandigheden.<\/p>\n<p>Beginnersgerichte brokers bieden vaak gidsen, videotutorials, e-boeken en webinars. Deze kunnen onderwerpen behandelen die uiteenlopen van basisbegrippen en ordertypen tot technische analyse en risicobeheer. Beoordeel wel of het materiaal evenwichtig is en niet uitsluitend is gericht op het stimuleren van handelsactiviteit.<\/p>\n<p>Een lage minimale storting kan de financi\u00eble instapdrempel verlagen. Bij sommige brokers kunt u met \u20ac 10 of minder beginnen. De minimale storting zegt echter weinig over de totale kosten, kwaliteit of geschiktheid van de broker.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"support\">Klantenondersteuning<\/h2>\n<p>Een broker kan verschillende communicatiekanalen aanbieden, zoals telefoon, e-mail en livechat. Controleer wanneer de klantenservice bereikbaar is en of de openingstijden aansluiten op de markten waarin u handelt. Veel brokers bieden ondersteuning gedurende vijf handelsdagen per week. Nederlandstalige ondersteuning kan praktisch zijn, maar is niet bij iedere internationale broker beschikbaar.  <\/p>\n<p>Van de klantenservice mag u duidelijke en deskundige ondersteuning verwachten bij onder meer rekeningregistratie, betalingen en het gebruik van het handelsplatform. Veel livechatfuncties zijn ook toegankelijk voor niet-geregistreerde bezoekers, zodat u de bereikbaarheid en kwaliteit van de ondersteuning vooraf kunt beoordelen.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"factors\">Andere factoren om te overwegen<\/h2>\n<p>Naast de bovenstaande punten is het verstandig te kijken naar de beschikbare rekeningtypen. Naast demo-accounts bieden sommige brokers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/islamic-account-forex-brokers\/\">swapvrije rekeningen<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/pro-account-forex-brokers\/\">professionele rekeningen<\/a> en rekeningen met <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/low-spread-forex-brokers\/\">spreads vanaf 0 pips<\/a> aan. Controleer bij zeer lage spreads altijd welke commissies en overige voorwaarden gelden.<\/p>\n<p>De beschikbaarheid van <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rationalfx.com\/nl\/forex-brokers\/managed-account-forex-brokers\/\">beheerde accounts<\/a> kan relevant zijn voor beleggers die het beheer aan een professionele partij willen uitbesteden. Hieraan kunnen beheer- en prestatievergoedingen zijn verbonden en winst is niet gegarandeerd.<\/p>\n<p>Copy trading is een andere mogelijkheid. Hierbij worden transacties van andere gebruikers of strategieaanbieders automatisch gekopieerd. De resultaten uit het verleden van een gekopieerde handelaar zijn geen betrouwbare voorspelling van toekomstige resultaten.<\/p>\n<p>Een virtuele priv\u00e9server (VPS) kan nuttig zijn voor handelaren die Expert Advisors (EA&#8217;s) of andere geautomatiseerde handelssoftware continu willen laten draaien. Een VPS kan de afhankelijkheid van uw eigen internetverbinding verminderen en, afhankelijk van de serverlocatie, de vertraging beperken.
